1. Agreement and eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Products may be purchased only by qualified researchers, laboratories, institutions, or professionals conducting lawful scientific investigation. We may decline or cancel an order when eligibility, identity, payment, address, or intended use cannot be verified.

2. Research use only

All products are sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, administration, application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, cosmetic use, food use, or household use. They are not approved by the FDA for therapeutic use.

You are responsible for lawful handling, storage, disposal, and use in an appropriately equipped laboratory environment and for compliance with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. No medical advice

Website content, product descriptions, research summaries, customer support, and linked materials are provided for educational and scientific-reference purposes only. Nothing on the site is medical advice, prescribing guidance, or a recommendation for personal use.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Information provided to us must be accurate and current. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Product information and orders

We work to keep product identities, strengths, prices, availability, and documentation accurate. Typographical errors may be corrected, and availability may change without notice. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we confirm fulfillment. We may limit quantities or cancel an order for compliance, security, inventory, pricing-error, or fraud concerns.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Available payment methods will be displayed when the payment portal is activated. You authorize the connected provider to process charges shown at checkout. If a recurring subscription is activated, the price, cadence, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be disclosed before enrollment. Canceling stops future renewals but does not reverse an order that has already entered processing.

7. Shipping, returns, and risk

Our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy are incorporated into these Terms. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate deliverable address. Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law once a carrier records delivery.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site or products unlawfully; misrepresent age, identity, affiliation, or intended use; interfere with site security; scrape or resell protected content without permission; submit fraudulent payment information; or market our research materials for human or veterinary use.

9. Intellectual property

Bluegrass Research names, branding, original graphics, website copy, and site design are owned by Bluegrass Research or used with permission. Product listings do not grant any patent, trademark, or other intellectual-property license.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and research materials are provided without warranties beyond the specifications expressly stated for the applicable product or batch. Bluegrass Research is not responsible for damages arising from unlawful, improper, off-label, human, veterinary, or otherwise prohibited use; improper storage or handling; or decisions based on website information.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bluegrass Research and its owners, employees, and service providers from claims or losses arising from your unlawful use, misuse, transfer, handling, or disposal of products, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms as the store, payment services, subscriptions, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
